Supreme Court App and Website to Receive Major NADRA Upgrade

The Supreme Court of Pakistan and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening the court’s digital infrastructure and improving access to its online services.

Under the agreement, the two institutions will work together to enhance the Supreme Court’s official website, mobile application and other digital services. The initiative is expected to improve the efficiency, accessibility and user experience of the court’s online platforms.

The MoU was signed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and NADRA’s Chief Projects Officer during a formal ceremony.

The collaboration marks another step toward expanding digital services within Pakistan’s judicial system. By leveraging NADRA’s technological expertise and digital infrastructure, the Supreme Court aims to modernize its existing online platforms and provide more effective services to citizens, lawyers and other stakeholders.

The upgraded website and mobile app are expected to make it easier for users to access important court-related information and digital services. A stronger digital system could also help streamline the delivery of information and reduce reliance on traditional methods of accessing court services.

NADRA has extensive experience in developing and managing large-scale digital platforms and identity-related services across Pakistan. Its involvement in the project is expected to support the Supreme Court in improving the reliability, security and functionality of its digital systems.

The partnership also reflects the broader push by public institutions to adopt technology and digitize services. Digital transformation within the judiciary can help improve transparency, accessibility and administrative efficiency while making services easier to reach for people across the country.

The Supreme Court’s cooperation with NADRA is therefore expected to contribute to the development of a more modern and user-friendly digital judicial ecosystem in Pakistan.
