OnePlus has expanded its budget smartphone lineup in Pakistan with the launch of the new OnePlus N6 Lite, a 4G device designed to offer a large battery, high-refresh-rate display and durable construction at an affordable price point.
The new smartphone joins the OnePlus N6 and N6x models already available in the local market, giving consumers another option in the company’s entry-level N-series range.
One of the biggest highlights of the OnePlus N6 Lite is its 7,000mAh battery. The large battery capacity is aimed at users who prioritize extended usage and want fewer charging interruptions during everyday activities.
The phone comes with a 6.75-inch LCD display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. A higher refresh rate can make scrolling, animations and supported content appear smoother compared with conventional 60Hz smartphone panels.
For outdoor visibility, the display can reach up to 900 nits of brightness in high-brightness mode. This can help users view content more easily in bright surroundings.
OnePlus has also focused on durability with the N6 Lite. The smartphone carries an IP64 rating, providing protection against dust and water splashes under specified conditions.
The handset also carries MIL-STD-810H certification, a US military standard associated with testing against various environmental conditions. Certification under the standard does not mean a device is indestructible, but it indicates that the phone has undergone specified durability testing.
Despite its large battery, the N6 Lite has a thickness of 8.95mm and weighs 215 grams. Its design is intended to balance the demands of a high-capacity battery with the requirements of a modern budget smartphone.
The device is available in two color options: Midnight Black and Neo Green. These variants give buyers a choice between a more traditional dark finish and a brighter alternative.
For security, OnePlus has placed the fingerprint scanner on the side of the phone. The positioning allows users to unlock the device while holding it naturally in their hand.
The N6 Lite also retains a 3.5mm headphone jack, a feature that has become less common on many modern smartphones. Users who prefer wired headphones can therefore connect compatible accessories without requiring an adapter.
Connectivity and charging are handled through a USB Type-C port. The port has become a common standard across smartphones and other consumer electronics.
