Pakistani Agency Launches EmergentOS, an Agentic AI Platform That Executes Marketing Campaigns

Lahore-based digital media company Emergent Media has commercially launched EmergentOS, an agentic artificial intelligence platform designed to execute marketing operations rather than simply provide recommendations.

The platform went live in August 2026 and is being positioned as an AI-powered solution for businesses and agencies across Pakistan and the UAE. According to the company, EmergentOS was developed and owned by an independent agency operating in the two markets.

Unlike conventional marketing software that primarily analyzes data and suggests actions, EmergentOS is designed to identify issues, determine possible solutions and carry out approved tasks. The platform also provides users with visibility into what an AI agent does and why it takes a particular action.

The system is built around three specialized AI agents called BOOST, WEBCARE and ENGAGE. Each agent focuses on a different area of digital marketing and is designed to work with human approval for significant actions.

BOOST focuses on digital advertising across Meta and Google. It can create campaigns, monitor advertising performance, identify potential budget waste and recommend optimization changes.

The agent can also execute approved optimization actions, allowing businesses to move from identifying advertising problems to addressing them through the same platform. This is particularly aimed at Pakistani brands running digital advertising campaigns.

WEBCARE is focused on SEO and website performance. It monitors Core Web Vitals, conducts technical SEO audits and identifies issues such as broken links.

One of the platform’s notable features is its ability to make direct changes at the content management system level. According to Emergent Media, WEBCARE integrates with WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify and keeps an audit log of changes made by the agent.

The third agent, ENGAGE, manages social media operations across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X. Its capabilities include scheduling content, generating captions and responding to comments and direct messages in real time.

The base package includes support for five social profiles and 1,000 AI-powered reply actions per month. This makes the agent particularly relevant for brands and agencies managing multiple social media channels.

EmergentOS uses a human-in-the-loop approach. Significant actions require confirmation from the user, while the platform maintains an audit trail of activity. This model is intended to give businesses the benefits of automation while retaining human oversight over important marketing decisions.

The platform was developed by the founding team of Emergent Media, which operates from Lahore and Dubai. The company has also been providing digital marketing services, including paid media, SEO, content and social media management, while developing EmergentOS over the past year.

Founder and CEO Roshan Ejaz leads the team alongside co-founders Ahsan Khan, Faisal Ayub and Khurram Saleem. Their combined experience includes digital media, marketing operations and agency management in Pakistan and the UAE.

A major focus of EmergentOS is the cost and accessibility of international marketing software for Pakistani agencies. Many widely used advertising, SEO and social media platforms charge customers in US dollars, creating additional costs for businesses operating in Pakistan.

EmergentOS addresses this issue by offering PKR billing for Pakistani clients. Enterprise and agency pricing is available directly through Emergent Media.

The platform also supports integrations with several widely used digital marketing and analytics services. These include Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and PageSpeed Insights.

For website management, EmergentOS supports WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify. These integrations allow its agents to work with advertising, analytics, SEO and website systems from a centralized platform.

Emergent Media says EmergentOS is already commercially available and is not being offered as a beta product. The company states that the platform has been operating with clients and is now ready for broader deployment across Pakistan.

The launch comes as businesses increasingly explore agentic AI systems capable of performing multi-step tasks independently. Unlike traditional AI assistants that primarily generate information, agentic platforms are designed to interact with software tools and complete actions based on defined objectives and permissions.

For Pakistani businesses and digital agencies, EmergentOS could represent a shift toward more automated marketing operations. Its combination of advertising management, SEO, website maintenance and social media functions places several routine marketing activities within one AI-powered system.

The company’s approach also reflects the growing demand for locally accessible technology solutions that account for the pricing and operational needs of businesses in Pakistan. With PKR billing and support for commonly used marketing platforms, EmergentOS is targeting a market where foreign SaaS subscriptions can represent a significant recurring expense.

EmergentOS is currently available through its official platform, with the company offering commercial access and demo requests for interested businesses and agencies.
