
CM Punjab Laptop Scheme 2025 Officially Launches in Lahore
The Punjab government has launched a major educational initiative by distributing free laptops to students enrolled in public sector institutions across the province.
Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat confirmed today that the much-anticipated CM Punjab Laptop Scheme 2025 has officially begun.
An inauguration event was organized at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, where Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz personally awarded laptops to outstanding students.
First Distribution Event Highlights
Today’s ceremony witnessed the distribution of 21,000 laptops, signaling the government’s commitment to equipping students with digital resources.
The event at UET Lahore is the first of many, as the government prepares to hold similar distribution ceremonies across all divisions in Punjab.
110,000 Laptops to Empower Students
Overall, a total of 110,000 laptops will be handed out in the coming weeks. The laptops are intended for students studying in public sector universities and colleges, emphasizing the government’s investment in education and youth development.
Rana Sikandar Hayat remarked, “The PML-N stands apart because we deliver. This scheme is a testament to our dedication to empowering the next generation.”
