Pakistan’s leading real estate developer Rafi Group inaugurated its regional office in the central business district of Islamabad, Blue Area.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, Senator Kauda Babar, Senator Naseebullah Bazai, Senator Mohammad Abdul Qadir, Senator Mirza Mohammad Afridi, Senator Manzoor Ahmed Kakar, Senator Prince Ahmed Umer Ahmedzai, Senator Faisal Saleem, Minister of Science and Technology Shibli Faraz along with Chairman Rafi Group Imtiaz Rafi Butt accompanied by senior management of Rafi Group led by Chief Executive Officer Shehriar Imtiaz Rafi & Managing Director Shazil Imtiaz Rafi.
On the occasion, Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani appreciated Rafi Group’s proactive role in the development of Gwadar through its premium housing project, Green Palms Housing Project Gwadar. He said that Rafi Group is creating a great precedence for the development sector in Gwadar through the provision of world-class housing facilities. He hoped that the launch of a regional office in Islamabad will prove to be a leading milestone in Gwadar development & will attract a new pool of investors for investment in Gwadar. In his speech, Chairman Senate said that the development of smart port city of Gwadar is a key project of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and holds encouraging prospects not only for the economy of Pakistan in the future but also for the whole region as Gwadar is going to become a hub for global trade. In the development of Gwadar, the role of Rafi Group is inspiring & worth appreciating.
While addressing the event attendees, Chairman Rafi Group Imtiaz Rafi Butt said that the launch of a regional office in Islamabad is aimed at providing safe & reliable opportunities for investment in Gwadar to people in the capital and its surrounding areas. He said that Rafi Group, since its inception has always facilitated investors with the best investment opportunities in the real estate sector, adding that the regional office in Islamabad will help people capitalize on the best investment opportunities in Gwadar. Chief Executive Officer Shehriar Imtiaz Rafi thanked all the stakeholders and customers for their overwhelming response. He said that opening an office in Pakistan’s capital is the step in the right direction.
Later in the event, Managing Director Shazil Imtiaz Rafi briefed the participants about Green Palms Housing Project Gwadar, its location, its master plan and the amenities it promises to offer in both residential and commercial blocks. While talking about Overseas District, a new block recently launched in Green Palms Housing Project, Managing Director said that it’s the most innovative housing enterprise of Rafi Group.
